  • Successfully opened the hotel located in Ortaköy and Nisantasi and operated all F&B operations.

  • Co-ordinated with Executive Chef planning menu. Maintained or improved upon the standards of quality and procedures established for the Food and Beverage Department.
  • Ensured F&B budget achieved and cost-controlled.
  • Took necessary actions according to P&L reports.
