Recruited trained and lead staff. Developed and designed a new menu with our head chef and updated pricing. Mr. Mehmet Dogulu, supported us through all the necessary steps to open our first luxury boutique hotel, “Mr CAS Hotels” as the General Manager.
He shared his knowledge, personal experiences and put in a lot of effort before and after the opening of our hotel in order to ensure that our guests to have an unforgettable experience.
Some of his duties and successes were as below:

I am the Chairman of the board at The House Hotels; between the years 2010 and 2019, Mr Mehmet Dogulu started our company as the Food and Beverage supervisor; after his achievements and dedication to our company, we promoted him to Food and Beverage Manager and worked until 2014.
Mr Dogulu was apart of the opening team of our Nisantasi hotel; and again 9 months later was apart of the opening team of our third hotel which was located in Ortakoy, Istanbul, taking on the responsibility of the Head of Food and Beverage Department. He was in charge of recruitments, coaching and leading the members of the staff; operating caterings, banquets, restaurants and all food and beverage operations in our hotels. In terms of service quality and guest satisfaction, he played a large part in helping our brand’s reach its highest potential successfully.
Mr Dogulu worked with full commitment and performed his duties in a good manner until his resignation. He resigned from our company due to his military service.

Mehmet Dogulu worked in the opening of The House Café Ortakoy, which is located in Istanbul. He started as a waiter; 6 months later he worked as a bartender. He did an outstanding job in terms of self-improvement, guest satisfaction, and service quality, and as a result of his achievements, we decided to promote him to our brand new branch which is located in the neighbourhood of Ether as Branch Supervisor. He was reporting directly to us and in charge of f&b costs, personnel’s’ motivating, coaching and recruitments, guest satisfaction and service quality.
